The history of Villa Wanda dates back to the interwar period. At the height of its glory, it was synonymous with modernity and luxury. As the first building in Szczawnica to be electrified, it offered a hotel service unprecedented at that time. It hosted outstanding representatives of the world of culture and art, including Tola Mankiewiczówna - one of the biggest stars of Polish cinema of the 1930s. The villa quickly gained a prestigious reputation, attracting elites and building Szczawnica's renown.

The ongoing renovation is carried out under strict conservation supervision, adhering to the highest standards of heritage protection. The project includes both construction work and the restoration of architectural details such as: the facade, window joinery, staircase renovations, as well as historic interior design elements. Every stage of the investment is overseen by specialists in the fields of monument conservation, architecture, and art history.
